About us
It all started in 1996 when there were very few websites for
Sikhism.
We decided to build a Community Database where people from all
over the world could put in information about their local gurudwaras.
Since then we have been constantly working on maintaining and
improving this database.
People around the world had helped us to enrich this database
by providing information on Gurudwaras.
Keeping in time with the latest developements in the
technology we have also been able to implement a mobile version of our site ,
it is called Gurudwaras.mobi
So when you are out on the road and would like to find the
address of your local gurudwara, just take out your mobile phone and browse
Gurudwaras.Mobi
Of course on your PC you would be able to browse Gurudwara.Net
which is our PC based site. The site you are currently browsing.
We have also worked on to bring Punjabi Recipes, Punjabi
Videos, a largest collection of Indian Baby Names, useful Links and Kirtan
Resources directory.
We have a distinct flavour of Greeting Cards which brings
useful quotes from Guru Granth Sahib and other sikhism related pictures for
your ecards.
Now we have also added the complete Guru Granth Sahib in
Gurmukhi, Hindi and English with English Meanings.
